If you are going to be in Charlotte I need to meet you. I've gotten really frustrated trying Turk's head knots!

Ken, there are couple books which are good. Ashleys book of knots by Clifford Asheley is very comprehensive and it is a good reference. Too much information unfortunately. Next book is smaller and has good illustrations. The Complete Book of Decorative Knots (Complete)by Geoffrey Budworth. I am not a pro wrapper so I do not know what the Charlotte event is about. If you have specific questions I will send you my email address to your AOL account.

I really like the look of the turks head, tried tying them myself and found it to be too frustrating, I would be interested in having you do a project for me, if your interested shoot me an email. kccustomrods@yahoo.com Keep up the good work!
