I've gotta get back into this, Chuck. It's been about 4 or 5 years since I've done a weave. Doc's gonna beat me over the head if I don't start soon!

yea, I haven't seen a weave from you in a long time. you've
about mastered that marble though. do you put that marble on
the rod or is there thread under ?? hey, the walleyes are just
starting to get active in utah lake and willard bay. I'm going

About the only time I have marbled over thread is on a guide wrap, I guess. I've seen some marbling done into a fresh coat of clear finish over wraps for a different look, though, and think there could be some merit to that. Seems like the base thread needs to be 'rope' to get the right look, though.
